APPRENTICE PLUMBER RECEIVES TOP PRIZE

Brendan Dunne from Largs a plumbing adult trainee apprentice at building services company James Frew Ltd was recently awarded a prize at Cardonald College's annual awards ceremony.
The awards ceremony, which aims to celebrate the achievements of Cardonald college students was held in September at Hampden Park.
Brendan, 33, scoped the award for 'Best 1st Year Plumber', which was sponsored by Plumb Center, the UK's leading plumbing merchant.
'Brendan is both a credit to James Frew and Cardonald College and represents the high standard we encourage in all our apprentices. His hard work and dedication has defiantly paid off this year and we are proud that he has been recognised and awarded for this,' said Roddy Frew, Contracts Director, James Frew Ltd.
