The Academy was established in 2017, in collaboration with West College Scotland, to educate our workforce in the James Frew Way.

This dedicated, high quality teaching facility delivers a range of bespoke apprenticeship training, employee development and leadership and management programmes.

The company’s flagship training schemes are its SVQ 3 in Plumbing and SVQ 3 CITB Carpentry and Joinery programmes.

These courses, which include bespoke enhanced modules, satisfy the requirements of the apprenticeship framework and help to develop highly skilled and valued employees.

Our commitment to people development can clearly be seen by the fact that over 15% of our employees are current apprentices.
