Roddy joined the business back in 1990 and served his time as a plumbing and heating engineer. When time served, he soon advanced to a Foreman role before “coming off the tools” and carrying out a Contracts Supervisor role under the watchful eye of our Contracts Director at the time, Davie Gaw.
Upon Davie Gaw's retirement, 2000, Roddy joined the Board and was appointed Contracts Director.
When his dad, Richard Frew, stepped down as Managing Director in 2008, Roddy became the fourth generation in charge and has led the business ever since.
