We are delighted to announce that Derek Havlin has been promoted to the role of Commercial Manager for the Modernisations Business Unit.
Derek joined James Frew as a Quantity Surveyor in November 2009 and since then, working with Gordon Orr, has formed a solid commercial spine for the ‘Mods’, procuring new work and ensuring their financial success on site.
Operations Director, Danny Gibson said: “Over the years Derek has proven himself to be a key member of the Mods Commercial Team and we are excited to see him establish himself in the new role as we look to expand this area of the business.”
