Lynch Homes’ are a private developer building new-build homes in the village of Jackton, near East Kilbride and Troon in South Ayrshire. The sites are comprised of luxury family homes, ranging from three to six bedrooms in size.
James Frew Ltd was appointed by Lynch Homes to install the plumbing and heating services across these properties, commencing in July 2022. This work included central heating (boilers and radiators), gas, hot and cold-water services, underfloor heating, ASHPs, rainwater pipes/gutters, above-ground drainage, and sanitary ware. The value of these works is approximately £3m.
At the heart of James Frew’s high-quality heating installation is a bespoke heating solution designed to meet all heating demands with maximum efficiency. Each property owner is also given a variety of options, such as designer towel rails, to personalise their home the way they want it.
James Frew also undertakes the installation of bespoke sanitaryware selections in the bathrooms/WCs of each property. This installation was designed with input from each customer, allowing options to be customised to suit their preferences, including different showers, taps, rails, and other amenities.
Likewise, units such as the kitchen sink were installed by James Frew, according to the options selected from a list of premium products by the property’s future residents.
