Megan’s Space Delivers Powerful Mental Health & Wellbeing Training

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our team, James Frew recently welcomed Megan’s Space, a local mental health charity, to deliver dedicated training sessions focused on mental health and emotional wellbeing.

The sessions were attended by both our Modern Apprentices and office staff, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. The training provided a safe and supportive space to explore topics such as emotional resilience, stress management, and how to seek help when needed. It also encouraged open conversations around mental health something we’re proud to promote across the business.

Staff and apprentices alike engaged fully with the sessions, sharing that they found the experience beneficial, insightful, and empowering. Many commented on how valuable it was to take time to reflect on their own wellbeing and learn practical strategies to support themselves and others.

We’re incredibly grateful to Megan’s Space for their time, compassion, and expertise. Their work is making a real difference in our community, and we’re proud to support their mission to improve mental health awareness and support for young people.
