Proud of Our Apprentice Talent

Last Friday, two of our apprentice plumbers Connor Wales and Joshua McCaulay had the opportunity to represent the business at the annual SNIPEF SPAY (Scottish Plumbing Apprentice of the Year) competition.

Competing alongside some of the most skilled apprentices in the industry, both delivered a strong performance, demonstrating excellent technical ability, focus, and professionalism throughout the event.

While they didn’t secure a top place on this occasion, their efforts were recognised — with Connor earning an invitation to return and compete again next year. A fantastic achievement and a testament to his skill and potential.

Opportunities like this are invaluable in developing the next generation of talent, and we’re incredibly proud of how both apprentices represented themselves and our company.
Well done to you both — a great experience and an exciting step in your careers.
