James Frew was pleased to sponsor the first Ardeer Prom 10K run after being approached by Joe Gibb, organiser of the weekly Ardeer Prom 5K Run.
The 10K event was held for the first time this year and attracted 47 participants, making it a great start for what is hoped will become a regular community event.
Joe organises the weekly Sunday 5K run along Ardeer Prom. The runs bring local people together to stay active while also supporting a good cause. Through donations and fundraising, Joe helps raise money and collects food for the Three Towns food larders, supporting individuals and families across the local community.

It also helps us continue supporting the Three Towns food larders through our weekly 5K runs and fundraising efforts. We really appreciate the backing from Roddy and James Frew.”
