Congratulations to Martin Littlejohn on reaching an incredible 25 years of service with the business.
Martin’s journey began in 2001, when he left Ardrossan Academy at just 16 years old and successfully interviewed with Dickson Leishman to begin his career. His first role was at Acre Homes in Saltcoats, working alongside Nairn Grey, marking the start of an outstanding career with the company.
Over the past 25 years, Martin has demonstrated exceptional commitment, hard work, and leadership. Beginning on the tools, he progressed through the ranks to become a Foreman, before moving into a supervisor role in 2015. Today, he continues to make a significant impact as Senior Contracts Manager within our MPS business unit.
His career is a testament to what can be achieved through dedication, determination, and consistently delivering high standards of work.
